Job Definition

We are looking for a ICT Support Specialist to be included in our technical team.

The resource will support daily IT maintenance and support activities, with a focus on learning and developing systems skills.

Main Activities

  • Provide first-level technical support to internal team and users

  • Assist in basic management and maintenance of server and client environments.

  • Support the installation and configuration of software and hardware.

  • Document technical activities and procedures.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Membership in the Protected Categories(Law 68/99).

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in a computer science or technical field).

  • Basic or theoretical/practical knowledge of Linux operating systems

  • Good knowledge of the Office package.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.

  • Strong passion for IT.

  • Knowledge of the English language (minimum level A2).

  • Knowledge of scripting languages ​​is an advantage to Bash and Python.

Selection Step

The selection process includes an introductory/motivational interview with the HR representative, followed by a technical assessment. Finally, a psychological aptitude interview with an occupational psychologist will be conducted. All interviews must be conducted in person.
